What's New with Family Court Corruption?

Now there are three places where you can provide feedback about  FAMILY COURT JUDGES: Judicial Watch's CONFIDENTIAL WITNESS,  RATE THE COURTS and USA JUDGES .  Your input could inspire an investigation into court corruption from Judicial Watch, or help shape custom reports on judges that can be viewed online for free (Rate the Courts) or indepth reports that include media coverage and other public records purchased for a nominal fee (USA JUDGES). See if your local non-profit women's agency would cover the cost to inform and better assist their clients and insist they sign up for both.

CONFIDENTIAL WITNESS:

A confidential, secure and anonymous website to report knowledge of ethical or legal transgressions (e.g. corruption/bribery/extortion/etc.) by the government and/or judges: Judical Watch's Confidential Witness. Judicial Watch's ConfidentialWitness.org wants to hear about corrupt judges, lawyers and other government or government officials, and/or law enforcement officials. Judicial Watch was the first organization to go after corrupt CA family court judges in LA. They want to hear from you! One of our team can personally attest to Judicial Watch's responsiveness and aggressiveness in securing justice.

USAJUDGES:

From its site: "USAJudges offers custom reports on judges. Our experienced researchers start with public records and news accounts, then add other sources to build informative profiles that can give you early tips of a judge's expectations, and even potential trouble you might face. "

RATE THE COURTS:

From its site: "At RateTheCourts.com, visitors may anonymously complete judicial evaluation surveys for over 23,500 of the nation's judges and judicial nominees. Survey criteria is based, in part, upon the American Bar Association's Black Letter Guidelines for the Evaluation of Judicial Performance (February 2005). Survey responses and comments are tabulated and displayed instantly."

NEW & NOTEWORTHY NEWS

  • Judical Watch's Confidential Witness is temporarily down pending site renewal. Welcome to Habeas Corpus has contacted Judicial Watch and is awaiting a response. In the interim you can contact Judicial Watch via its CONTACT US page. Judicial Watch still wants to hear about corrupt judges, lawyers and other government or government officials, and/or corrupt law enforcement officials. See above.
